- Exchanges & Replacements
- Red Freckles stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all its hand crafted jewelry. All merchandise is checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Red Freckles cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear and tear, negligence, modification, or misuse. Any product that has been USED or WORN is not exchangeable or returnable.
- In the unlikely event that your purchased item arrives damaged, and upon notifying us here or via email to [email protected] , within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item, buyer may request an exchange of the item or request a store credit. We are unable to accept returns by refunding credit card charges. A store credit will be issued for the purchase price only. The shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of the damaged item and must return the item using a shipping service that provides a tracking number within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item. All exchange shipments must be prepaid by the buyer and properly packed with the necessary cushioning to prevent further damages in transit. Buyer is responsible to provide us with the tracking number upon shipment of the damaged item.
- Red Freckles is not a mass manufacturer, every piece is made to order in our Los Angeles studio. If you are unhappy with your purchase and haven't used it, you may return it for a full credit of the purchase only (excluding shipping) towards the website or exchange it for a piece of equal value. We will gladly accept exchanges for rings if you need a different size than the one you initially ordered. Again, all exchange shipments must be prepaid by the buyer and properly packed with the necessary cushioning to prevent damages in transit. Please contact us to receive instructions on where to send exchange shipments. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer's defect. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, please follow the guidelines of our exchange policy above.
- Cancelling an Order
- Items are made to order and cannot be cancelled. if you need to make a change to the order in terms of the ring size ordered or the choice of color you may do so by emailing us at [email protected] Please include "Order Update" in the email subject.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Red Freckles accepts credit card payments via PayPal or Google Checkout. You may pay for your purchase without having an account with PayPal by simply clicking the "continue as guest" button. From time to time, Red Freckles will offer promotional pricing for our registered users. Red Freckles reserves the right to make changes to and or cancel promotions at any time.
